Profile

1992年　宮城・山形出身。國學院大卒後、ペニンシュラホテルにてキャリアを積む。バーテンダー、ワインソムリエをしながら、料理やサービスのクオリティを磨く。2021年に沖縄・宮古島に移住、現在は個人で各事業を行う。 小説家になるのが夢。

1992 Born in Miyagi and grew up in Yamagata. 

Worked at 5 star hotel after graduated from Kokugakuin University at Tokyo. 

Learned mainly the Bartender, wine sommelier, whole of food and service.

Currently conducting each business in Miyakojima, Okinawa. The dream is to become a novelist.
